At earlybird we choose the finest that New York City has to offer — and this holds especially true when it comes to our espresso beans. We have partnered with Devocíon, a company based out of Colombia, whose mission is to produce the freshest coffee imaginable. They are the only company that goes from farm to cup in as little as 10 days!
Devoción hand selects their cherries, (yes — those beans are actually cherries) from thousands of farms before sending all the beans to be dry milled out of their Bogotá facility.
Once they are dry milled, the beans are then roasted in Brooklyn. After, they are ready to be served only a few days later.
